This song -- offered in partnership with Hanuman Festival -- comes from Deva Premal's moving, meditative release Mantras for Precarious Times, a set of seven mantras, each repeated 108 times with minimal musical accompaniment.

According to Deva, the best way to benefit from these recordings is to choose a particular mantra and make it part of your daily life, chanting it once or twice daily if possible (at dawn and/or dusk, preferably). However, if your life doesn’t allow for such involvement, just do it as often as you can.

It’s the intention that matters, and soon the mantras will become a part of you – transforming and blessing your life.
